Welcome To Parkway Christian Academy!
Founded in 1974 through the vision of Bishop Frank Tamel, Parkway Christian Academy has a history of excellence in education with a focus on Christ. We are excited about the future that God has in store for our school!
PCA uses a wide variety of educational resources and Christian curriculum to provide our students with the knowledge and ability to succeed in college, in life, and in ministry. Chapel and outreach programs, including missions trips, help students learn about self-sacrifice and engrave a spirit of service and love for Jesus on their hearts. Challenging teachers and curriculum provide the opportunity to grow in knowledge and the ability to learn and think. Parkway's loving staff teaches by example Christian character.
In addition to the Oak Creek main campus, Parkway's Online Campus gives students from around the globe the opportunity to join the Parkway family while receiving a quality computer-based education.
Along with serving the needs of our full-time Oak Creek Campus students, missionaries and home school families find the Online Campus an excellent resource and supplement to their current course work.

As many of you know and for those of you who don’t, Parkway Christian Academy will become a part of Heritage Christian Schools beginning in the 2009-2010 school year. The Academy building will be used for grades K-6. Grades 7-12 will be moved to the Heritage main campus in West Allis.
There will be a new principal for the school. His name is Phil Skoglund. Mr. Skoglund is a very qualified candidate for the job. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Wheaton College in 1969 and later his Master’s Degree from UWMilwaukee in 1977. He has been in the teaching field for nearly twenty years with five of those years at Heritage Christian School.
He currently visits our campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He is here to meet families of students to answer any questions and to see how things are run during the school day. His goal is to appeal to a broader group of students and to make connections with both the church community and the Oak Creek community.
The merge of the two schools is still in the planning stages for now, but Mr. Skoglund is excited about the facility and the commitment from the church body. |
